Welcome to the Châteaux des Lacs Web Site!  We will be using this site to share news and provide an information resource for the residents of Châteaux des Lacs.

"Châteaux des Lacs" is french for "Castles of the Lakes" and our small enclave at the northern tip of Lake Tarpon is truly a regal place to call home.  We are a private, gated community in Tarpon Springs, Florida.

LANDSCAPE IMPROVEMENTS
The trees on the property were trimmed and moss removed over the past month.  Several trees were too far gone to save and were removed.
The irrigation system in the common areas has been repaired so that a new planting bed can be contructed on the corner of Keystone and Old East Lake Road. We will also be working with a landscape achitect for design ideas for the common areas.

COUNTY LIFT STATION PROJECT
Pinellas County Utilities are finishing up with lift station project this month.  This project was for the county to move George Street residents off of septic and onto our neighborhood's county sewer station.  We are working with the county to hook up water to our docks.
